Tracey Eberhardt
Experienced Family Law Mediator and Advocate for Families
Tracey is an experienced lawyer and family law mediator. She graduated from Butler University in 2006 and from the Valparaiso University School of Law (cum laude) in 2011. Tracey represents clients in complex custody and property division cases and maintains over 10 years’ experience as a family law litigator. Tracey has mediated over 150 cases and assists individuals privately and through her appointment on the Tippecanoe ADR Program Mediators Panel. She also represents clients in the areas of custody, child support, adoption, guardianship, business setup and administration, real estate transactions, and estate planning and probate. Tracey regularly serves as Guardian ad Litem for children in the community.
